Returns Policy

Here at The Loop, we like to try out new ways of working and try to do things a little differently. Through our research, we found brides are keen to explore the second hand route, but understandably feel that parting with a chunk of money on a no-return basis is a little risky – we would tend to agree.

So, we operate two types of refund policies (please note, we are a small, versatile and flexible company, if you have any questions about orders or refunds, please don't hesitate to email or call us), here is how it works:

For any products over £900, on some products we operate a deposit-lead payment format:

  • We will take 50% of the garment’s selling cost in order to ship it out to you. Then if you love the dress, perfection, let us know and we will take the rest of the sum of the dress from your account. If we don't hear from you after the 2-week return period, we will also assume you like it and take the money anyway!
  • If it didn’t work for you (unlikely!), you can post it back and we will release the deposit money back to your account once we have received it
  • If it didn’t work but has come back with any slight form of damage/marking/rips etc we will require part of the deposit for repair fees/dry cleaning fee (depending on damage). We want to avoid this in any case for our sake and yours, so we just ask you are incredibly careful with the garments
  • Return period is 2 weeks. Please do get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding style and fit, we would love to hear from you.

Remember! These pieces are one-offs, treasures, gems, sourced with care and with a meticulous idea of style in mind -so if any damage comes to them, we need to cover ourselves, so we can find some more. But to avoid any of this, we ask that when trying them on you are wearing absolutely no make-up, no fake tan, no rings, no jewellery, no sharp nails – just the squeaky-clean beautiful versions of yourselves!
